It causes severe states of sadness, apathy and can result in a number of emotional and physical issues that can affect your quality of life.

A very common misunderstanding and conception is that medication is the only treatment for anxiety and depression. While some medication may be beneficial in treating some disorders, research shows that cognitive behavioral therapy can greatly help in treating many individuals, particularly in combination with medicines.
